Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to purchases of VirtualX plans from OnEasy Consultants Private Limited.

1. Try before you buy

Every new firm gets one month of full access, AI included, free of charge. We encourage you to use this month to decide whether VirtualX fits your practice before you pay.

2. Lifetime plans

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if your plan has not yet been activated on your workspace.
• Once a lifetime plan is activated, the payment is non-refundable, because the full value of the plan is delivered at activation.
• If a feature listed on our pricing page for your plan does not work and we cannot fix it within 30 days of you reporting it, you may request a refund, which we will consider in good faith.

3. Duplicate or failed payments

If you are charged twice or charged for a payment that did not complete, we will refund the extra amount in full.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval. GST is reversed as required by law.

5. How to ask

Message us on WhatsApp with your registered email ID or mobile number and the payment reference.
