Terms of service

These terms govern your use of VirtualX, the website at virtualx.in and the VirtualX application (together, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by OnEasy Consultants Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U69200TS2024PTC180847) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the firm you represent ("you").

1. The Service

VirtualX is practice management software for finance professionals. It includes task, client and compliance management, team communication, reports, and AI features that prepare actions for you to review and confirm.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping login details secure.
• You decide which team members can access your workspace and what they can do.

3. Plans, trial and payment

• New firms receive one month of access to all features, including AI, at no charge.
• The Free plan is available for up to 3 users without AI features, for as long as we offer the Service.
• Lifetime plans are a one-time payment. "Lifetime" means for as long as we operate the Service, with no recurring subscription fee for the plan purchased.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST, which is charged at the applicable rate. Launch prices may change for new purchases at any time; a price you have already paid is not affected.
• Customisation requests from Lifetime Unlimited customers are handled by our development team at no extra cost. We plan and schedule the work with you and may decline requests that are unlawful, unsafe, or would affect other customers.
• Where you choose to run VirtualX on your own domain with a copy of the source code, you are responsible for that hosting environment, and a separate written understanding on scope and support will apply.

4. Your data

You own the data you put into VirtualX. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and improve the Service for you. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. You can export your data at any time using the export features.

5. AI features

AI features prepare suggestions and draft changes based on your instructions and your data. They do not save changes without your confirmation. AI output can be wrong; you remain responsible for reviewing it and for professional judgement in your work.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to hold.
• Do not try to break, overload, copy or reverse engineer the hosted Service, except as allowed under a source code arrangement.
• Do not resell access to the hosted Service without our written agreement.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may update features from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you paid for.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after notice where reasonable. On closure we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
